Top Way To Loss Fat @ Home

Today i would like to share some tips that you can do it at home to not only lose your weight but fat!

Tip 1:
Have at least 3 main meals (breakfast+Lunch+Dinner) and 2 snacks(between breakfast and lunch + between lunch and dinner)
The reason - This is to keep your body's metabolism running at it efficient pace.


Tip 2:
Do body weight training at home.Yes,you can lose fat by doing exercise at home.
The reason - Our body weight itself is good enough to make us work hard. Imagine this,if you are 60kgs , when doing push up on your toes ,you will be lifting 66% of your weight ,and that mean you are benching 39.6kg!!If On your knees,you lifted about 52.9% of your body weight. 

Tip 3:
Set yourself a short term goal.For this i will suggest 3 months goal with monthly self-check.Without goal you will be like driving without direction.Set any goal, look good on your best friend wedding, going to beach for holiday etc.For me, my goal is to compete every year.
The reason - This will be your best motivator to achieve your fitness goal.Go ahead set a goal and make it happen!!

Tip 4:
Enjoy the whole destination.I often see people overstress when talking about diet.I think is because of the first 3 words in it "DIE" lol. A proper meal plan is all you need to achieve your goal.Celebrate every kilo u lost. Fitness is about fun !! Overstress will only jeopardize your fat loss plan.Cortisol hormone will rise when we are over-stress.And this devil will  elevate blood pressure ,decrease immune response, caused blood sugar imbalance and increase abdominal fat.
