Make sure the plate of food in front of you consist the above nutrition.Simple enough?

KISS
(Keep It Simple Stupid)
Im not a chef, i do not think arnold is a good chef either.We eat for the function not the taste. Therefore , just make sure your food is not tasteless and horrible , that is great enough.
Simple Snack Example:
Perfect snack for six pack ..
How to do it?
Step 1: Add as much plain yoghurt as you like.
Step 2: Add 2 teaspoon of Alfar La Maja into yoghurt.Mix well and enjoy :)
Less than 100 calories !!(in 168g of yoghurt)
For extra taste you may add fruits , mint, nuts or vegetable such as cucumber.
You get your protein from yoghurt , carb from fruits or vege and good fat from olive oil.Remember KISS!!
