I train hard but why no result??



EGO KILL YOU

Have you ever see a skinny guy benching with 2 or 3 spotters ?Or leg pressing with those over loaded plates with only pressing with 1 degree angle of their legs?Your are your worst enemy when comes to getting your fat down .Not time , not money ,not your genetics , not your metabolism.Your ego or monkey see monkey do attitude bring you down.The key to achieving your fitness goal is to stay focused on the optimal 
training style , meal plan that supports your goal , and upping your workload gradually..Our body need time to adapt to whatever training or meal plan that  you are applying to your body.G

Guideline to increase training loads

2 - for 2 rule
If you able to complete 2 more repetitions than the repetition goal in the final set of an exercise for 2 consecutive training sessions, then you should add increase the load for your next training.-NSCA
You could add about 2.5% addition to your previous load.
