main goal in fitness. Getting FIT is your goal as the word itself says FITness.
Cardio Session
I would like to share
my training routine while preparing for Hottest Hunk 2011 and Manhunt 2012.Below
is my training routine when preparing for my competition.I will do high
intensity interval cardio everytime after weight training.One size doesn't fit
all.You could customize your own speed ,rest time,workout time according to you
own pace.After every workout,make sure you have a good stretch .

Your goal is to NOT pace yourself for the hard effort
but to move like you’re being chased by a T-Rex in the
desert!
30 seconds of sprinting, 40 seconds rest – 12 intervals (about 20-25 minutes)
I typically gradually increase the speed from4kmph to 20kmph
Weight Training
I typically recommend 2 body split and 1 full body workout
every week.
Day 1 :
Chest and Back
Day 2:
Legs , Shoulder
Day 3:
Whole body
I will only perform compound exercise during this period of
time.I keep the resting period to 30sec and lift as heavy as I could,normally
is 70% from what I normally lift,due to the low energy from diet.
