TOMATO, CUCUMBER AND MACKEREL PIPIRRANA

Okey before we start this simple but tasty easy to make snack,lets have a look into what is Mackerel and Pipirrana.

What is Mackerel? in Malay is called ikan kembung

What is Pipirrana ,Pimpirrana or Piriñaca? salad whose basic ingredients are onion , tomato , green pepper and cucumber .

Okay let's start !!!

Ingredients:

- 2 Tomatoes.

- 1 Small cucumber.

- 1 Dash of Castillo de Canena Reserva Familiar Picual extra virgin olive oil.

- 1 Dash of vinegar.

- Soy sauce.

- 1 Tin of mackerel

Preparation:

Wash and peel the tomatoes and cucumbers. Dice them. This pipirrana is dressed just before serving with Castillo de Canena Reserva Familiar Picual extra virgin olive oil, soy sauce and vinegar. The mackerel is added last.
